What I Enjoy About Sprout:
There are many things I enjoy about Sprout, one of the main things I enjoy is the fact that even when I was visiting, I could tell that the people in the group are in it to build real/professional relationships versus to check a box or because their boss told them to join a group. One of the things that I think is most valuable is the fact that the people in the group truly want to excel in their craft/area of work and are open to ideas and constructive criticism from the rest of the group.
